DEPARTURE INFORMATION

HOTEL PICK UP TIME

Pick up times are scheduled three (3) hours prior to your flight time departure time. This ensures extra time for unforeseen traffic or airport conditions.

Hotel check out time is at 12:00PM (if your pick up time is after 12:00PM you will have full access to the hotel facilities until your departure time)
Please meet in the hotel main lobby 10 minutes before your designated pick up time for your transportation to the airport
Prior to leaving the hotel, you must check out with the front desk to settle any incidental charges. At that time you are given a check out pass to give to the bellman before boarding your departure vehicle

If you require bellman assistance, please push the “Bellboy” button on your in-room telephone at least 15 - 30 minutes prior to your departure time for luggage assistance
Please keep your carry-on luggage and/or any valuables with you
If your departure time from the hotel is after 12:00PM you may store your luggage with the bellman for later collection
Before boarding your transportation, please make sure all of your luggage is onboard with you
