A: Complete the event registration. Be sure to register with your Accuris company email in which you received the invite email.

Note: Pre and post trip extensions are permitted during registration based on availability at your own expense. During registration there will be an area for you to make this request. Should you have additional questions, please email the event planner – accuris@rnepartners.com.


Q: How do i book my flight?

A: All flights should be booked exclusively through our Allfly booking platform. Please refrain from using direct airline websites or third-party platforms like Expedia, as these bookings will not be eligible for reimbursement. All tickets will automatically be booked in economy/coach class. If you choose to upgrade, you may do so using your own money.

All flights will be covered by Accruent through this booking platform - you may not use your company credit card outside of the booking platform.


Q: what are the conditions for participation?

A: Adults Only: This event is strictly for adults, ensuring a serene and mature atmosphere for all our honorees and their guests.

Personal Achievement Award: This special invitation is just for you, in recognition of your personal success—non-transferable, because you earned it!

No Cash Alternative: If you are unable to attend, please note that there is no cash alternative available for this award.

Employee Standing: You must be an employee in good standing at the time of the award trip to participate.


Q: what happens after i register?

A: After you have completed your registration, you are all set! Additional emails will be sent leading up to the event date with event information and details. We will reach out to you directly should we have any questions regarding your registration.
